アッシュ・ぺー・フランス株式会社(以下、当社と呼びます)は、関係法令および規範を遵守し、以下の個人情報保護方針を定め確実な履行に努めます。

1. 個人情報の管理
   当社は、お客様の個人情報を正確かつ最新の状態に保ち、個人情報への不正アクセス、紛失、破損、改ざん及び漏洩などを防止するため、社内管理体制の整備、社員教育の徹底等の必要な措置を講じ、安全対策を実施し個人情報の厳重な管理に努めます。
2. 個人情報の収集とその使用目的の範囲
   当社はお客様のご同意を得て個人情報を収集し、同意を得た範囲でのみ使用致します。当社は、お客さまの個人情報を、次の目的に利用します。
   • (1) 当社各店からの新着商品のご案内
   • (2) 当社各店からのセール、展示会、イベントなどのご案内
   • (3) 各種サービス、メンテナンスのため
   また、利用目的の範囲を越えて個人情報を利用する必要性が生じたときは、改めてお客さまから同意を得ることとします。
3. 個人情報の第三者への開示・提供の禁止
   当社は原則としてお客様の同意なしに個人情報を第三者に開示することは致しません。但し以下の場合には例外として個人情報を開示することがあります。
   その場合にも、個人情報の不適切な流出防止をはじめとする保護のための措置が、相手方で確保されるよう努めます。
   • (1) お客様の事前の同意・承認を得た場合
   • (2) 統計的な資料として、お客様個人を識別できない状態に加工した場合
   • (3) その他法令等により提供が必要とされる場合
4. 提供者の権利尊重
   お客さまによるご自身の個人情報の開示、修正、削除などのご希望・お問い合わせがなされた場合には、ご本人確認の上、対応させていただきます。
5. 個人情報保護法施行以前にご提供いただいた個人情報の取り扱いについて(2005年3月以前)
   法施行以前にご提供いただいた個人情報は、上記の使用目的に限り利用させていただきます。
6. 継続的改善
   当社は個人情報に関して適用される法令、規範を遵守すると共にお客様の個人情報の保護をさらに徹底するため、適宜見直し改善に努めてまいります。

Recognizing the protection of personal information is its social responsibility, H.P.France Group Corporations ("HPF" herein after), which consisted of Harajyuku Project Corp., Generation Inc. and H.P.France S.A., comply with related laws and regulations and promote the implementation of the following procedures.

1. HPF makes effort to protect personal information, through constructing secure corporate information management system and through employee education, for the protection from illegal access, disclosure, loss or damage as well as maintaining accuracy of such information and updated.
2. HPF obtains personal information under prior consent of the individual and use only where such consent permits. HPF uses personal information for the following purpose.
   • Announcement of new merchandise.
   • Invitation to shows, sale and events.
   • Services and maintenances.
   Where and when HPF intends to use personal information beyond the purview or other than specified above, HPF obtains prior consent of the individual anew.
3. HPF does not provide personal information to third party except the followings. Even when providing personal data handled by HPF to the third party, HPF makes efforts to protect by obligating the third party holds and makes appropriate protection measures from such risks as leak, disclosure or further transmission from the third party.
   • Where and when a prior consent of the individual is obtained.
   • Where and when used for statistical data in the mode and the form that the individuality of such information unidentifiable.
   • Where and when required by laws or regulations.
4. When asked for confirmation or correction of HPF controlled personal data, HPF responds to such request to the reasonable extent upon individual identification.
5. Personal information provided to HPF prior to the implementation (March 2005) of Personal Information Protection Act of Japan shall be used under the conditions and purposes specified above.
6. HPF abides by the laws and regulations of Japan pertaining to the protection of personal information and continues to review and makes efforts to improve HPF's compliance program including this privacy policy.
